Are we overhyping Jewar Airport's impact on Sector 51 property prices? Sab bolte hain price badhega, but Aqua Line extension ka bhi toh same hype tha. Noida Extension mein kya real change aaya? Lagta hai builders ka marketing stunt hai. Worth buying near there for appreciation? Change my mind.

Yaar, I'm seriously worried about this Sector 51 hype. Jewar airport ki baat toh sab kar rahe hain, prices double ho jayenge type, but mujhe toh Aqua Line extension wali feeling aa rahi hai. Noida Extension mein bhi toh bola tha connectivity se sab badal jayega, but real value appreciation kitni hui? Builders bas apna inventory push kar rahe hain. Is it really worth putting all our savings near Sector 51 for appreciation, or is it just another bubble waiting to burst? Change my mind if you have solid reasons!
