Sector 52 mein 3BHK worth it hai kya?

Sector 52 mein currently 2BHK hai. Thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK near the metro. Prices are high, like 1.5cr. Is the price jump worth it for the location? Metro connectivity is great, but water supply ka scene kya hai? Already have a home loan, so EMI will be a huge jump. What are your thoughts?
