Sector 54 living: Are these infrastructure issues normal?

Sector 54 – just moved into my flat here last month, possession was in March. Things nobody told me about the actual ground reality. Water supply ka kya scene hai long-term? Right now it's okay, but I'm worried about summers. Aur power cuts ka bhi batao, DG backup kitna reliable hai? Also, maintenance charges quite high lag rahe hain. Is RWA effective enough to justify them? Need some first-hand experiences, guys, before I settle in completely.
