Just moved to Sector 55, Noida a few months back. Honestly not sure about the investment potential. Heard prices are supposed to go up, but is it really worth it? Has anyone seen good appreciation in the last few years? Also, what's the deal with the water supply? I'm hearing mixed things. Any first-hand experience? Should I be worried about resale value later on? Kya scene hai?

The new Jewar airport is going to impact all Noida sectors positively, including 55. So hold on tight! Things might improve.
Which floor are you on, U1? Higher floors usually have better water pressure. Just saying.
Also, U1, did you check the builder's reputation before buying? Some builders are notorious for delayed possessions and poor construction quality.
Be careful about the park facing units! There are some issues with illegal construction there. Happened to my friend.
Overall, Sector 55 is a decent place to live, but don't expect crazy appreciation. It's a stable investment, not a high-risk, high-reward one.
So, U1, after all this gyan, what are you thinking now? Are you regretting your decision or still hopeful?
Sector 55 is good for end-use, not necessarily the best for investment. Rent yields are decent though.
I'm more worried about the encroachment issues around Sector 55. Has anyone noticed that?
Honestly, Noida overall is a gamble. Kabhi rates badh jaate hai, kabhi gir jaate hai. It's all about timing and luck.
Sector 150 is giving much better returns right now. Maybe consider that if you're looking purely for investment.
Metro connectivity is the only saving grace for Sector 55. Otherwise, it's just another crowded Noida sector.
I bought a 2BHK in Sector 55 three years ago. Prices have gone up maybe 15-20%, nothing spectacular. But the metro connectivity is a big plus point.
15-20% in 3 years is decent returns, U9. Considering the market volatility, it's not bad at all.
Kya scene hai with the registry? Is it happening smoothly? I heard there were some issues with the authority.
Registry is happening, U11. But you need to have all your documents in order. And be prepared to pay some 'extra' charges. You know how it is in Noida...
Don't just listen to hype, U1. Check the RERA registration number of your project and see if the builder is on track. That's the best way to know.
Hype toh har jagah hai yaar. Depends on the builder and the specific project. Which project are you in, U1? That makes a big difference.
Water supply is a major concern in Sector 55. I heard they depend heavily on tankers. Is that true? Anyone facing this problem currently?
Haan, U3, true that! We get tanker water almost every alternate day. It sucks, especially in summers.
It depends on your building, U3. Some societies have better infrastructure. Ask your neighbors!
Resale value ka tension mat lo. Noida is always in demand, especially good locations like 55. But water issue is a valid concern.
Bhai, resale value will depend on how well you maintain the property. Plus, what the market is like when you decide to sell. Nobody has a crystal ball!
Sector 55... mixed bag bhai. Location toh prime hai, but water supply issues are real. Appreciation wise, it's been okay-okay. Not like Sector 75 jaisa boom.
