Sector 55 Noida: Good investment or just overpriced?

Hey everyone, I'm thinking of buying a property in Sector 55, Noida. What do you think about the area? Is it worth the high property prices? Has anyone experienced waterlogging issues there? Also, how’s the connectivity to the metro from there? What's your take on the safety and security in Sector 55 compared to other Noida sectors? Any advice? Which is better, independent houses or builder floors?
