Hey! Thinking of buying property in Sector 55, Noida. Kya scene hai wahan ka? I'm hearing it's peaceful. How's the connectivity, especially metro se? Also, what about the investment potential? Do you think prices will appreciate much in the coming years? Anyone living there currently? What's your experience with waterlogging during rains? Is it worth investing here for rental income?
