Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 55, thinking of upgrading. But is the price jump to a 3BHK justified? Heard water supply can be an issue in some pockets, especially during summers. Also, anyone know if resale is easy if needed? Already have a home loan, so EMI is a worry. Thoughts?
