Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 56. My budget is around 1.8 Cr for a 2BHK, but prices yahan seem quite high, honestly. Not sure if it's justified. Real residents, can you share your daily life experience? Is water supply ka kya scene hai, especially in summers? And commute for an office-goer? It's my first property purchase, ab samajh nahi aa raha if it's the right move. Any insights on the actual living experience would be super helpful.

Yaar, Sector 56 is definitely getting expensive. 1.8 Cr for a 2BHK seems like a stretch, especially for a first-time buyer like us. I also visited last month, and the vibe was good but the prices... felt like they were just fishing for offers. Are these prices even justified for the amenities they offer?
Justified toh bilkul nahi lag raha! Builders are just taking advantage of the demand. Bahut hype create kar rakhi hai.
