Sector 56 Noida buyers — regret or best decision?

Since last month I've been seriously considering Sector 56. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, right? Everyone glorifies the peaceful living, but nobody talks about the water situation. Sun toh hai ki tanker dependency rehti hai. Is it worth the premium pricing just for 'peace'? Plus, the traffic during peak hours near the metro station is a nightmare, off the record. I'm seeing resale flats with some negotiation room, but is the investment potential really there in the next 3-5 years? Maybe I'm missing something. Change my mind. Sector 56 truly a good investment or not?
