Sector 56 residents, how's the water situation REALLY?

Okay I'll be honest, I'm seriously worried about the water supply in Sector 56. Kids have moved out, and I'm planning to buy a smaller flat there, but heard stories. Municipal water toh aati nahi regularly? Are people completely dependent on borewells and tankers? Kitna paisa extra lag jata hai? I don't want this headache at this age. Anyone facing similar issues or have solutions? Resale karna bhi mushkil ho jayega na phir?
