Sector 56: What nobody tells you about hidden charges
Sector 56 — I'm looking at a couple of 3BHKs here, around ₹1.1 Cr. I work in real estate, so I know the super area games, but buying for myself is different. What's the real deal with maintenance charges here? Are RWAs actually effective, or is it just a facade? I'm trying to figure out the true cost beyond EMI. Any hidden charges residents found after moving in, off the record? Like unexpected PLC or society fund top-ups. Don't want any surprises.

Totally relate to this, yaar! Sector 56 mein builders ki apni hi duniya hai. Main bhi 3BHK dekh raha tha, but jab maintenance aur other charges ka break-up maanga, they just kept giving vague answers. Lagta hai they want to hide the true cost till the very end. True cost beyond EMI is the real headache.
Exactly! Maintenance toh har saal badha dete hain without any proper audit. It's a black hole.
