Sector 58-59: Any hidden risks I'm missing?

Sector 58-59 keeps coming up in my search for a smaller flat. Kids have moved out, don't need such a big place anymore, so we're selling our old property. I'm looking for something manageable, good society, decent hospital access nearby. But honestly, something about Sector 58-59 doesn't quite add up to me. Are there any hidden risks or red flags people have noticed there? What about future maintenance costs or potential issues with infrastructure later on? Should I be worried about anything specific before committing?
