Sector 58 — finally taking the plunge after being fed up of renting. I'm looking at a 3BHK. What's the real deal with RWA effectiveness and maintenance charges? Some societies have crazy hidden costs post-possession. Is it worth it for amenities or just a money pit? Hope this helps someone else.

Totally relatable! I'm also looking in Sector 58, 3BHK. That RWA effectiveness question is huge. My friend in a society near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) is always complaining about arbitrary charges. Hope we get some real insights here.

Exactly! Aur amenities ke naam pe sirf swimming pool chala dete hain. Then for basic security or lift maintenance, they ask for extra. It's a never-ending saga.
Haan bhai, same experience! Builder promises big, RWA delivers zilch.
