Sector 59 is underrated for senior living, prove me wrong

Sector 59 mein flat dekh raha hu, kids have moved out toh bade ghar ka kya karna. Need something manageable, elevator is must. Hospitals nearby bhi important. What's the real story with water supply? Municipal water aata hai ya tanker pe depend karna padega? Also, how are the maintenance charges in most societies? Don't want to get stuck with high bills later. Is it actually a good place for senior citizens or am I missing something? Resale of existing property se jo paisa aayega, woh sahi invest hona chahiye.
