₹95 lakh for a 3BHK in Sector 59 — is this really the scene now? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78 and thinking of upgrading. Monsoon mein yahan waterlogging ka issue kitna serious hai, especially main roads par? Also, nearby food markets aur general shopping ke options kaise hain? Already have a home loan, so a big move hai. Quality of life ke liye drainage aur daily needs important hain. Is the price jump worth it for these factors?
