Sector 59 keeps popping up. Heard it's near industrial areas, but is it safe at night? Especially for women coming home late? What's the real story? Any thoughts?

So, what's the final verdict? Is Sector 59 a good place to invest or not? Still confused.
Parking is a nightmare in most Noida sectors, including 59. Check the allocation before you buy or rent.
U5, I was referring to the parts closer to Phase 2 industrial area. The inner roads are often poorly lit.
Thanks U3, that's really helpful! I'll keep that in mind.
Anyone know if there are any plans for increased police patrolling in the area?
U7, I heard the residents' association has been petitioning the police for more patrols, but haven't seen any concrete action yet.
Possession mila kya kisi ko recent projects mein? I'm tired of builder delays!
My cousin had a bad experience with a builder in Sector 59. Delayed possession and poor construction quality. Be careful who you choose!
Sector 59 is close to Fortis Hospital, which is a big plus in case of emergencies.
So, summarizing what everyone's saying: Sector 59 has potential due to metro and location, but safety at night is a concern, water supply can be an issue, and builder reputation needs careful checking. Thanks, everyone, for the insights!
What about parking space? Is it adequate in most societies?
U10, depends on the project. But expect around 6k-8k per sqft, depending on amenities and construction quality. Check Magicbricks and 99acres for recent listings.
I've heard the water supply is erratic in Sector 59. True?
U12, Haan, some buildings still rely on tankers. Check with the residents' association before you commit.
U12, This is true! My uncle lives there. Water is a major issue. Backup plan is essential.
Don't forget to check the RERA registration of any project you're considering. Noida mein builders ka trust karna mushkil hai.
Guys, with the metro extension coming up, property rates are bound to increase in that area. Good time to invest, maybe?
My friend lives there. She says it's generally okay, but she always takes a cab or auto if she's coming home late. Better safe than sorry, right?
I heard crime rate is increasing in Noida these days. Is it true?
U7, Thoda toh badha hai, especially petty theft. But major crime? Not sure. Check the police website for official stats.
I bought a flat in Sector 59 three years ago. Initially, it was quite deserted, but now more families are moving in. The metro connectivity has also improved things. But yeah, night walks alone are still a no-no.
Anyone know the current property rates in Sector 59? Thinking of investing.
Sector 59? Hmm, I've heard mixed things. It's close to the industrial area for sure, which can be a plus for some (work commute), but yeah, safety at night is a valid concern. Anyone living there currently?
Bhai, safety is a big issue everywhere these days. Sector 59 mein bhi dikkat ho sakti hai. But it depends on which part of the sector you're talking about. Some pockets are better lit and more populated.
I agree with U2. It really varies. I used to work in a factory near Sector 59. During the day it's bustling, but after 9 pm, it gets pretty deserted. Wouldn't recommend walking alone late at night, especially for women.
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Some areas are totally safe, others are a bit sketchy after dark. Need to do your research.
U3, which specific area are you referring to? I'm considering renting an apartment there, so this is helpful info.
