Sector 59 Noida – Is the jump to a villa worth it?
Thinking of upgrading to a villa in Sector 59, currently in a 2BHK nearby. Property prices seem high, especially considering the waterlogging during monsoon. Anyone living there faced major issues this year? Already have a home loan, so EMI will increase a lot. Is the price jump worth it for a bigger space and maybe a bit more peace? Heard maintenance charges are also quite high in some societies. Also, how's the resale value if I need to sell later? Local brokers are saying it's good, but honestly not sure if I trust them. Any insights from residents? Koi experience hai toh batao. Hope someone has some real feedback. Is it better to rent out my current flat or sell it? Already spoken to a few agents, but their opinions differ a lot. Should I wait for prices to correct? Hope this helps someone.
