₹15k rent or ₹80L EMI in Sector 59? I'm based in Dubai. Can't visit, so need property manager. Is buying worth it considering resale? What do you think?

80L EMI for Sector 59? Sounds steep! Bhai, rent is definitely better if you're not even here to enjoy the property. Resale in Noida is tricky, depends on the builder and project.
