Sector 59 mein rent prices are insane, right? I work in real estate but even I'm shocked. Metro connectivity is okay, but last mile is a pain. Is it really worth paying so much? Or should I just look at buying something nearby? What do you guys think?

I'm seeing 2BHKs listed for 25k-30k in 59. That's absolutely insane!
If you're working in Sector 59, maybe look at sectors closer to the expressway. You might get more space for your money.
Thanks for all the advice, everyone! I'm leaning towards buying something in Sector 7x or 150. Will do more research on the builders first.
Check the completion status of amenities before booking. I made that mistake in my previous apartment. Swimming pool is still 'under construction' after 5 years!
Honestly, Noida is a mess. But where else will we go? Bangalore is even worse!
I think Sector 50 is a good alternative. Slightly further, but rents are more reasonable and the area is well-developed.
Rent prices across Noida are crazy high right now. Demand is high, and supply is limited. Blame the IT boom!
Anyone know what the average rent for a 2BHK is in Sector 59 these days?
Before buying, visit the place during peak hours. See the traffic situation for yourself. Don't just rely on Google Maps.
I bought a 2BHK in 59 three years ago. Paying the EMI is still better than paying rent, even with the high interest rates.
Guys, which projects are good in Sector 59 for investment? Any recommendations?
Be careful while investing, check the builder's reputation. Many builders are delaying possessions.
Possession mila kya kisi ko recent projects mein?
Not in my building. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. RERA complaint file karna padega ab.
RERA is useless, bhai. Nothing happens even after filing a complaint.
Buying is a good option if you are planning to stay for long. Have you considered Sector 150? It's developing fast.
Sector 150 is far from everything! Office jana mushkil ho jayega.
True, but they are building better roads. And the air is cleaner there. A lot of new projects are coming up.
Sector 150 is good for investment, not for living right now. Too much construction happening.

Totally agree yaar! 59 is overpriced. Last mile connectivity is a nightmare. Auto walas charge whatever they want.
Bhai, buying is always better in the long run. But 59 is expensive to buy too! What's your budget?
I used to live in 59. Moved to Sector 76 last year. Rent is slightly lower and the metro is much less crowded. Plus, better amenities nearby.
Sector 76 is good, but it's becoming crowded now also. What's the point?
True, but still better than 59 IMHO. At least I can get an auto for a reasonable price now.
Crowdedness is Noida's destiny I think. Everywhere is packed these days.
Sector 76 rents are also increasing, check magicbricks. The violet line impact!
