Sector 59 residents – are the high rents justified?

Honestly, sector 59 mein rent is crazy high! Just moved in last month. I was looking at flats near my office in sector 62. Found a decent 2BHK, but EMI vs rent, rent won. Now I'm wondering if I made a mistake. Metro connectivity is good, that's a plus. But are the high rents justified considering water supply issues? Anyone else facing this? What's your experience? Is the investment potential good enough to offset this?
