Sector 6 Ghaziabad: Is it the right fit for an empty nester?

₹78 lakh for a 2BHK in Sector 6, Ghaziabad – is this price justified for the area? Kids have moved out, so we need a smaller, manageable place. Looking at Sector 6, but not sure about daily life there. Kaisa feel hai wahan, RWA kitna active hai? Maintenance charges reasonable hain ya bahut high? Also, hospitals nearby ka kya haal hai, especially for emergencies? Any residents can share their experience? Bohut confusion hai, yaar.
