Sector 6: What you *really* get for 1.2 Cr

Sector 6 property prices are totally disconnected from the daily reality, change my mind. I'm eyeing a 3BHK or even a villa, but paying 1.2 Cr+ for what? The traffic near NH9 is already a nightmare, and some areas still have water supply issues. Is the premium for a bigger home actually worth the daily hassle here? Or are we just buying into developer hype? What's the real resident experience like?
