Sector 60 infrastructure claims are mostly marketing hype

Honestly, buying for myself is way harder than selling. I'm looking at Sector 60 for a 3BHK, maybe a Godrej or M3M project. Heard good things generally, but I'm worried about the ground reality. Water supply ka kya scene hai wahan? Is it mostly municipal ya borewell/tanker pe depend karna padta hai? Also, traffic during peak hours, is it a total nightmare? And power cuts? Builders promise DG backup, but actual hours of outage kitne hote hain? Need real resident feedback, please.

Totally agree with the original post. I visited Sector 60 last month for a M3M project site visit, and while the sample flat was great, the roads leading up to it were a mess. Dust everywhere, under construction. My biggest worry is the water supply; the sales guy just brushed it off saying 'municipal line will come soon'. But 'soon' in real estate can mean years! Is anyone actually living there right now who can confirm the water situation? And the traffic near Golf Course Ext. Road during peak hours is already crazy, how will this area cope?
