Sector 60 Noida: Flat hunting after the kids left

Sold our big house in Delhi, kids have moved out. Looking for a smaller flat in Noida now. Sector 60 seems decent. Visited a couple of societies near Fortis Hospital. Need something manageable with lift and all. What's the real deal with water supply there? Heard mixed things. Also, kitna safe hai raat ko? Planning to use resale money so budget isn't too tight, but maintenance charges matter. Any insights?
