I'm considering Sector 60 in Noida. What do you think about the connectivity there? Is it easy to get around without a car? Also, what's the real estate market like? Are property prices expected to rise? Has anyone experienced waterlogging issues there? I'm looking for a good ROI. Which one is better: investing here or in another sector?
