Since last year, I've been tracking Sector 60 closely, especially property prices. But the real issue nobody talks about is water. I've heard about borewell dependency in some projects, even with new ones coming up by M3M. My concern is the long-term sustainability and quality. Is municipal supply reliable there, or is it mostly tanker dependent? From my experience, water issues can seriously impact ROI later. What's the actual ground reality?

Yaar, thank you for bringing this up! I thought I was the only one worried. Sector 60 looks so promising on paper, especially with all the new M3M launches.
