Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 62. Kids have moved out, so looking for a compact 2BHK, low maintenance. Saw HCBS and another project nearby, both around ₹1.5 Cr. What's the actual all-in cost for these, including stamp duty and those hidden charges? Also, Gurugram mein kitna negotiation possible hai on these prices? Which option would you pick?
