Honestly, I'm really struggling to decide my next move. I'm in a 2BHK near Cyber City, but eyeing a 3BHK in Sector 62. Is the investment potential there for 3-5 years? Not sure about the resale market or future appreciation. Any thoughts on upcoming developments affecting value?

Yaar, I hear you! Same dilemma. But Sector 62 has some good upcoming projects, especially near the SPR. Connectivity improve ho rahi hai. Maybe that will drive value? What about the specific projects near Badshahpur side, are they worth considering?
Absolutely agree with U6! My cousin booked a flat there 3 years ago and abhi tak possession nahi mila. Builder ne har baar date extend kar di hai, construction quality bhi doubtful hai. Make sure you check the RERA status and talk to existing buyers before committing. Mera toh budget pura hil gaya tha sun ke.
Haan, Badshahpur side ka connectivity toh definitely improve ho raha hai because of the new flyovers and road widening. I live in Baharampur Naya and even we feel the difference. But check the builder's reputation there, I've heard some projects have major possession delays. Don't just go by location.
Bhai, Sector 62 mein investment potential thoda risky lag raha hai. Prices already kaafi high hain, aur resale market mein utni liquidity nahi hai jitni Cyber City ya Golf Course Road mein. 3-5 saal mein kya returns milenge, I'm also doubtful. Kahi phas na jaayein budget mein.
