Sector 62 is only good for office, not living?

Sector 62—I'm looking at some 2BHK flats there. But is it just a concrete jungle? Heard the traffic is crazy bad during office hours. And what about water? Municipal supply reliable hai kya? Honestly not sure if it's worth the hassle, even with the metro nearby. Any residents have real experiences?
