Sector 62 Noida: Is it worth the high rent?

I work in real estate, but finding a place for myself in Noida is proving tough. I'm looking at Sector 62. Office toh yahin hai, so commute would be zero. But the rents seem crazy! I'm honestly not sure if it's justified. I've heard about waterlogging during monsoon, especially near the metro station – sach hai kya? Considering a 2BHK, my budget is around 25k. Is it worth it, or should I look further away and just deal with the daily metro rush? Is the safety good enough for families with kids? Any residents here can share their real experiences? Maintenance charges kitna hota hai, and RWA effective hai ya nahi? Tell me off the record, what are the hidden costs?
