Sector 62A mein dekh raha hoon. Kids have moved out, don't need such a big place anymore. Resale flats mil rahe hain lekin maintenance charges bahut zyada bata rahe hain. RWA ka kaam kaisa hai actually? Lift vagarah toh properly kaam karti hai na? Koi batao please. Thoda manageable chahiye.

Maintenance charges ka toh issue hai hi. Depends on which society, bhai. Some are notorious for hiking it up every year. RWA ka fund collection bhi transparent nahi hota.
Exactly! Transparency is key. Ask for the RWA's financial statements before you commit.
Haan yaar, Noida mein yahi problem hai. RWA apne marzi ke malik hote hain. Koi regulation nahi hai.
62A is a good location, no doubt. But maintenance is a real concern. Have you considered Sector 75? Might find something more modern with better managed facilities.
