Hi everyone, I'm considering investing in Sector 62A, Noida. What do you think about the area's investment potential? I'm particularly interested in rental yields. Has anyone experienced good ROI there? Also, how's the connectivity? I've heard the metro is a plus, but what about road traffic during peak hours? What are your experiences?
