Sector 62A Noida: Investment sahi hai ya risky?

Hey guys, Sector 62A mein property dekh raha hu. What's the real deal with resale value there? I've heard mixed reviews. Has anyone actually sold a flat there recently? What kind of premium/discount are we talking about? Also, mujhe advice chahiye about the builder situation. I'm seeing a lot of projects by different builders. Which ones are reliable and which ones should I avoid, bhai? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about any legal issues in the area? Builder defaults or anything like that? I'm trying to calculate the risk before investing. Is it worth it in the long run, ya koi aur better options hai Noida mein? What do you think?
