₹88 lakh for a 2BHK in Sector 62A seems steep. I'm fed up of renting; is this price justified? What's daily life actually like? Any negotiation room on prices there? Trying to do the EMI vs rent math.

The EMI vs rent math is really tricky these days. Interest rates are up, so EMI is higher, making the calculations even harder. Also, current market sentiment is a bit down, builders might be desperate to clear inventory before the financial year-end. Is this actually a good time to buy, or should we wait for prices to cool down a bit more?
Wait, for sure. Prices will correct a bit, especially with so much unsold inventory. Builders are sitting on stock, don't rush into it.
I booked a 2BHK in Sector 62A 3 years ago for 65L, and now they're quoting 88L? Market is absolutely crazy, yaar. To top it off, my possession is still pending, builder delays are real and they keep giving new dates. Had a terrible experience with a project near Alistonia Estate earlier too, so be very careful with builder promises.
Actually, 62A is quite good connectivity-wise, especially if your office is in Noida or Ghaziabad. Maybe the price is justified for the location and amenities? Daily life is decent, metro station is nearby, and there are good schools.
Nah, not worth it. I checked a project near Ajayabpur, same size, much lower price and good build quality. 62A is overhyped right now, in my opinion.
Metro connectivity is a big plus for sure. But 88L for a 2BHK... that's like almost a 3BHK in some parts of Noida Extension. Do you really think that premium is worth it for a first-time buyer on a budget?
Bhai, 88 lakh for a 2BHK in 62A is absolutely insane! I totally agree with you. I saw similar sized flats in Alpha I Greater Noida for much less, like 60-65 lakh range. This price for 62A feels like pure greed.
Usme maintenance, registration aur interior ka kharcha bhi add kar lo, total bill aur badh jayega. Negotiation is key, but builders abhi sunte nahi hain. My friend tried in another project, no luck.
Haan bhai, same here! Builder quoted me 90L for a 2BHK in 62A, felt like a joke. Kya karein, it's so frustrating as a first-time buyer.
