Has anyone else in Sector 62A noticed the insane RWA maintenance charges? Just moved in last month and they're charging almost 4 rupees per sqft! It's ridiculous. Plus, the promised amenities like the gym are still not fully functional. Honestly not sure what they're doing with all that paisa. Heard some rumours about water supply issues too, especially in summers. Is it true that we'll be dependent on tankers? And mobile network is patchy inside my flat. Jio works fine, but Airtel is a total joke. Anyone else facing these problems? What can we even do about the RWA, yaar? Should we form a resident's group?

Don't just complain on Propmyna, guys! Take action. Write letters to the builder, file RERA complaints, organize meetings. Kuch toh karo!
Just a word of caution - be careful when forming a resident's group. There can be internal politics and power struggles. Choose your representatives wisely.
Check the previous RWA meeting minutes. Are the issues being discussed? Are they taking any action? Transparency is key.
Update us on what you decide to do! Curious to see if forming a resident's group actually helps.
Yes, please keep us posted! We're all facing similar problems in Noida.
Overall, Sector 62A is a good location, but the RWA needs to be held accountable. Don't let them get away with this loot!
I've heard some rumours about water mafia operating in that area. They deliberately create shortages to sell tanker water. Could be that, unfortunately.
Oh god, that's scary! How do we even fight that?
That's why a strong RWA is crucial. We need to investigate and expose them.
Corruption is everywhere, yaar. Mushkil hai, but we have to try.
What's the occupancy rate in your society? If it's low, the maintenance burden falls on fewer residents, hence higher charges.
Anyone know if the new FNG Expressway extension will improve connectivity to 62A? That might increase property values.
Before you start a resident's group, check the RERA rules. There's a process for taking over from the builder's RWA. Don't want to do anything illegal.
Good advice. RERA registration number se check karo builder ka status. Kitne projects delayed hain, sab pata chal jayega.
Haan, RERA is your best friend in these situations. File a complaint if they're not fulfilling their promises.
4 rupees sounds high even for Sector 62A. Are they including sinking fund or any other hidden costs? Ask for a detailed breakdown.
My friend lives in Prateek Laurel, and he's paying around 3.5. But their amenities are actually good. Maybe compare with other societies in the area?
RWA charges are always a point of contention. Did you check the breakdown of the charges before moving in? What does it include?
Good point! Check the fine print. They often sneak in hidden charges.
Yeah, transparency is key. Ask for a detailed account. Where is all the money going?
Even if you check, they can increase it later, citing inflation or some other BS reason. That's what happened with us.
I bought in Sector 75 three years ago, and the situation was similar. Promised the moon, delivered a crater. Builder ne toh haath khade kar diye, ab RWA ke peeche pade hain.
Sector 62A is prime location, near Electronic City metro station. But these basic amenities should be working. It affects property value, yaar.
Exactly! Metro connectivity ka kya faida if you're living in a poorly maintained society?
True. Sector 18 ka toh phir bhi scene hai, but 62A is mostly residential. Needs to be well-maintained.
4 rupees? Bhai, that's nothing! Some sectors in Noida Extension are charging 6-7! It's a scam, I tell you. RWA mafia!
Water supply ka issue toh har saal hota hai, especially in May-June. Be prepared to shell out for tankers. Welcome to Noida, lol.
Which builder is this? Knowing the builder helps others avoid the same fate. Please share!
Form a resident's group, definitely. Unity is strength. We did that in our sector and managed to negotiate better maintenance and get some of the promised amenities finally delivered. It takes time and effort, but it's worth it.
Mobile network is a common problem in many societies. Airtel is pathetic everywhere, not just Sector 62A. Try getting a Jio booster, it might help.
Totally agree! 4 rupees is daylight robbery. Which project are you in? I'm in Gulshan Vivante and we're facing similar issues. Gym equipment broken, power cuts... it's a mess.
