Sector 63 Metro connectivity is overrated

Sector 63 metro connectivity overhyped hai. On paper it looks good, but last-mile aur peak hour crowding real issues hain. Is the premium justified? My experience says ROI suffers. Change my mind.

I think it's short-sighted to say it's overrated. Connectivity future mein aur improve hogi. Abhi last-mile issue hai but government plans for e-rick

Totally agree with the OP. Sector 63 ka metro station door se dikhta hai, but wahan tak pahunchne mein hi 15-20 min lag jaate hain auto se. Aur peak hours mein toh auto milta hi nahi, ya double charge karte hain. Premium toh bilkul justify nahi hota.
