Sector 63A is overrated and overpriced, tbh.

Okay, I'll say what no one else will. Sector 63A, Noida is getting too much hype. I work in real estate, so I know the super area vs carpet area games. Prices are sky high. Metro connectivity is okay, but last mile connectivity is a pain. Is it really worth the premium? Anyone living there, can you share your experience? Change my mind. Are the high rents justified? Tell me why.
