Sector 63A prices are getting out of hand

I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 137, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK in Sector 63A. Prices seem high, around ₹1.2 Cr for 3BHK. Kya ye justified hai? Daily vibe wahan kaisi hai, family safety ke liye? EMI kaafi high hogi.
