Sector 63A: What nobody talks about regarding safety and commute

Sector 63A — I'm looking at upgrading from my 2BHK in Sector 137. Thinking of a 3BHK yahaan, but thoda confused hoon about the ground reality. Already have a home loan, so EMI ka pressure toh hai. Main concern hai safety, especially for family at night. Raat ko bahar nikalna kitna safe hai? And metro connectivity, kitna time lagta hai actual mein travel karne mein? Is the last-mile connectivity achhi? What's the real scene there? Is the price jump for a 3BHK here worth it?
