Sector 65 3BHK: Is the luxury price justified?

₹3.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 65 seems high, yaar. I'm currently in a 2BHK near Huda City Centre, thinking of upgrading to a bigger 3BHK or even a villa. Is this luxury segment price justified for the lifestyle upgrade? Already have a home loan, so EMI will be huge. Kya lagta hai, community?

Bhai, 3.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Sec 65 is definitely on the higher side, even for luxury. What's the average carpet area they are offering in these 'luxury' projects nowadays? Many builders are quoting crazy prices but actual space is barely bigger than a good 2BHK. EMI toh phat jayegi.
