Is Assotech Orion Tower fairly valued compared to other completed projects in Sector 65? I'm finally done with renting, looking to invest. Their RERA status seems fine, but what's Assotech's actual delivery track record like? Heard mixed things. Any tips on checking real price per sqft for similar units?

1.9 Cr toh minimum hai, right? Uske upar parking, maintenance, registration sab mila ke kitna jaayega? Is it really worth it for a first-time buyer? I'm also looking in Badshahpur side, prices are a bit lower there but connectivity is an issue. Sector 65 seems premium.

Honestly, I visited Orion last month. The units are ready, possession was given in 2020. RERA site pe bhi check kar lo, HRERA 660/2017/307. Looks good on paper. Valuation wise, it depends on the exact amenities and floor plan compared to others.
Assotech? Mixed reviews for sure. Be careful, especially with delivery timelines in their past projects. It's a big investment.
U6, Orion is completed, possession 2020. So delivery isn't the problem here. It's more about resale value now. Current market conditions in Gurugram are tricky, especially for luxury segments.
