Just moved into my Apex Buildcon flat in Sector 68 last month. Things nobody told me! Now I'm thinking, should I buy another unit as an investment? Or wait for Jewar Airport to really kick in and hope prices go even higher? I'm seeing decent rental yields already. But maybe I'm too impatient? What does everyone think? Buy now or hold off?

Jewar Airport is a gamble. High risk, high reward. Sector 68 is relatively safer. Depends on your risk appetite.

My friend invested in land near Jewar Airport 5 years ago. Abhi tak koi return nahi mila. Patience is key, but also luck.

Rates are already going up because of the new metro line extension. That's before Jewar even opens. Think about that.
Jewar airport toh 2024 tak bhi mushkil lag raha hai. Elections bhi hain beech mein. Politics will play a big role. Don't expect overnight miracles.
Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Sector 68 is still cheaper. But Sector 150 has better connectivity already.
I bought in Sector 75 three years ago. Prices have doubled. But rental yield is still pathetic. Maintenance charges are killing me!
Maintenance charges are a scam, man. Builders looting us in broad daylight!
Which floor is your flat? Corner unit? That makes a big difference in rental value and future appreciation.

I agree with U1. Already invested in Sector 68? Maybe diversify. Jewar airport is a long game. Sector 150 might be a better option for quicker returns. More established.
Possession mila kya, bhai? Apex ka toh naam hi kaafi hai... delays ke liye. If you have possession, renting out is a safe bet. But another unit... risky.
U3, exactly! Apex Buildcon... Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. Still fighting for promised amenities! RERA registration number check karo carefully!
U4, RERA se bhi kya hota hai? They fine them, builders pay and keep delaying! System hi kharab hai yaar.
