Sector 68 Mohali prices feel a bit inflated right now
₹1.6 crore for a 3BHK in Sector 68 Mohali feels like a lot, honestly. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 70 and thinking of upgrading to a bigger 3BHK or even a small villa. My budget is around that mark, but I'm not sure if these prices are actually justified for Sector 68. Is there much negotiation room right now, or are sellers holding firm? I'm trying to figure out the real investment potential here too. Will prices appreciate much in the next 3-5 years? With the current market, I'm worried about getting stuck if the ROI isn't great. Already have a home loan, so need to be smart about this. What's the vibe on the ground? Any tips on what to look for or avoid?
