Sector 68 Noida: Good for investment? Opinions?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in property in Sector 68, Noida. What do you think about the area? I've heard the connectivity is good because of the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Is that true? Has anyone experienced traffic issues there? Also, what about the social infrastructure? Schools and hospitals nearby hai kya? I'm also curious about the property prices. Are they expected to appreciate in the near future? Kya aap logon ko pata hai rental yield kitna hai? I'm looking for long-term investment. Mujhe advice chahiye, is it worth investing here or should I consider other sectors? Any suggestions? Thanks!
