Sector 68 mein investment, kaisa rahega? Property prices thode high lag rahe hain. Anyone living there? What's the water situation like? I've heard about waterlogging during monsoon. Resale value ka kya scene hai? Any thoughts on the area's future, guys? Mujhe advice chahiye. What do you think?

I'm a tenant in Sector 68 right now. Waterlogging is definitely an issue during heavy rains. But it usually clears up quickly. The location is convenient, though. Close to the expressway and metro.
Possession mila kya, OP? Which project are you looking at? That's the most important question.
Bhai, this builder ka track record bahut poor hai in other sectors. Delayed possessions and poor construction quality. Be warned!
Okay, so mixed reviews. Some positive, some negative. Seems like the key is to research the specific builder thoroughly and be prepared for potential waterlogging issues. Thanks for all the input, guys!
@U19, definitely do a site visit during the monsoon season if possible. That's the best way to assess the waterlogging situation. Good luck with your search!
@U8, maintenance charges toh Noida mein sabka problem hai. They keep increasing it without any proper justification. And builders always delay amenities. It's the Noida story.
Sector 68 is good, but have you considered Sector 70? Prices might be a bit lower, and the connectivity is also decent. Worth checking out before you make a decision.
What's the circle rate in Sector 68 currently? Anyone knows?
@U13, circle rate changes every year, you can check on the Noida Authority website. But usually, the market rate is much higher than the circle rate.
Property prices are going up everywhere, yaar. With the new Jewar airport coming up, Noida is becoming more attractive. But still, be cautious and compare different options.
@U4, Metro frequency is decent during peak hours. Off-peak, it's a bit less frequent, maybe every 10-15 minutes. But overall, it's a definite improvement compared to relying solely on autos.
Don't forget parking at the metro station! That can be a nightmare sometimes.
I bought a flat in Sector 68 three years ago. Initially, everything seemed great. But now, the builder is delaying the clubhouse construction. Maintenance charges are also increasing every year. Be very careful and read the fine print, dost! Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago in Sector 75.
U8, which builder are you talking about? Name and shame them! We need to be aware of these things.
@U9, naming builders publicly can be tricky. But definitely do your due diligence. RERA registration number check karo before investing.
Sector 68? Hmm, prices are definitely on the higher side compared to other sectors. Waterlogging ka issue toh Noida mein common hai, but 68 ka specifically pata nahi. Resale depends on the builder and society, bhai. Which project are you looking at?
I agree with U1. Sector 68 is prime location, but 'high' is relative. Compared to Greater Noida West, yes. Compared to Sector 50, maybe not. Need more details on the specific property to give you proper advice.
Mujhe toh Sector 68 is good investment potential lagta hai. Metro connectivity is a big plus point. But yes, do your research on the builder. Some are notorious for delays. I'd personally recommend checking out the projects near the metro station itself.
U3, metro connectivity is definitely a plus. But how frequent is the metro? Last mile connectivity ka kya scene hai? Auto walas charge extra, pata hai na!
@U4, last mile connectivity is improving. E-rickshaws are readily available now. But yes, negotiate the fare beforehand! It's Noida, after all.
