Just moved to Sector 68. Safety wise, especially at night, kaisa hai? Heard mixed things. Also, water supply ka kya scene hai, bhai? Anyone facing issues?

So, OP, what's your verdict after staying there for a few days? Safe laga ya nahi?
Remember to register your tenant/yourself with the local police station. It's a good safety measure.
Bought a flat in Sector 68 two years ago. Regret it. Builder promised so much, delivered so little. Be very careful about who you're buying from.
Safety is okayish. But water supply is a real headache. Planning to sell and move to a better-managed society in Gurgaon.
Anyone know if the Greater Noida Authority is planning any improvements to the water infrastructure in the area?
Sector 68 is developing rapidly. Metro connectivity is good. But yes, water is a concern. Hopefully, things will improve in the coming years.
Invest in a good RO system. That's the only way to ensure clean drinking water in Noida. Even if the supply is erratic.
My parents live in Paras Tierea in Sector 137 (nearby). Water issue is there too, but their society management is pretty good at handling it. Maybe check out similar societies in 68?
Don't just rely on what people say online. Visit the area at night, talk to residents, and see for yourself. That's the best way to judge safety.
Check the crime statistics for Sector 68 on the Noida Police website. That will give you a more objective picture.
I heard the upcoming Jewar airport will boost property values in this area. Is that true?
Definitely. Connectivity will improve drastically. Already seeing prices going up in nearby sectors.
U19, it's already priced in, I think. Don't expect huge gains now. Invested a while back toh alag baat hai.
Sector 68 is relatively new, right? Infrastructure is still developing. Give it some time. But yeah, water issues are a pain point everywhere.
My friend lives there. He says the security guards are pretty active, especially at night. They patrol regularly.
Anyone know the average rent for a 2BHK in Sector 68 these days? Thinking of moving there.
Around 18-25k depending on the society and furnishings. Negotiate hard!
U12, check out Nobroker and Magicbricks. You'll get a good idea of the going rates.
I was considering buying there, but the water issue is putting me off. Is it really that bad?
Safety wise, I'd say it's decent. Haven't faced any major issues in the 2 years I've been here. Water supply is definitely a problem, though. Tankers are a regular sight. Which builder are you with? That matters a lot.
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Builder pe depend karta hai sab kuch.
Tankers are the bane of my existence! Paying so much for maintenance and still dependent on tankers. Ridiculous!
I've heard some areas near the metro station can be a bit dodgy late at night. Stick to well-lit roads and be cautious.
Water supply is a major concern across Noida Extension also. I have been facing water issues for the past 3 years. It is really frustrating
Same here! Sector 16B, constant water problems. Thinking of installing a rainwater harvesting system, but it's expensive.
Sector 68 is generally safe, but like anywhere, be aware of your surroundings, especially late at night. Water supply can be patchy in some pockets. Which society are you in?
Bhai, mixed things toh har jagah sunne ko milega. It depends on the society and the security they have. Water ka issue toh Noida mein common hai. Check your society's reviews online.
