Fed up of renting in Cyber City, my landlord just hiked the rent again. I'm finally taking the plunge and looking at buying in Sector 69. Prices for a 3BHK feel pretty steep, honestly, around ₹1.8-2.5 Cr for something decent. Is that realistic, or is there actual negotiation room with builders like Signature Global or M3M in that area? I'm really worried about the actual day-to-day living experience. What's the real vibe like there? Is it still too developing, or are things settling down? Also, a big concern is water supply. How's the situation in Sector 69? Is it municipal water or mostly borewell dependent? Not sure if it's worth the jump right now. Any current residents or recent buyers can share their ground reality?
