3 months ho gaye Sector 69 mein move kiye. My 3BHK was ₹1.7 Cr. Water supply ka issue hai, borewell pe depend karna padta hai. Traffic bhi badh gaya hai, especially SPR se. Maintenance charges toh high hain, but RWA ka kaam decent hai. Has anyone else faced these water problems? What about peak hour traffic?

Water issue sunke darr lag raha hai. Builder ka naam kya hai? Aur possession time pe mila tha kya aapko?

U5, builder ka naam toh main abhi nahi bata sakta, but haan, possession mein delay hua tha 6 mahine ka. Common hai ab Gurgaon mein. But water problem ka solution toh builder ko dena chahiye tha, especially for 1.7 Cr. Market mein toh abhi kaafi projects aagaye hain jahan better facilities hain, par prices bhi higher hain. Kya karein, first-time buyers ke liye sab challenge hai.
Traffic on SPR is a nightmare, totally agree. Subah shaam toh nikalna mushkil ho jaata hai. Sector 69 se toh aur bhi zyada impact hota hoga.
Maintenance charges ka toh same haal hai everywhere. Main toh Sector 82 mein rehta hoon, wahan bhi RWA ne rates badha diye hain. But agar RWA kaam theek kar rahi hai, then maybe it's worth it? OP ne bola decent hai, but decent ka matlab kya? Kya amenities properly maintain ho rahi hain, like gym, swimming pool, lifts? Ya bas bills bhejte hain?
Haan bhai, amenities ka toh sab jagah yahi haal hai. Bas dikhane ke liye hoti hain. Sector 69 mein bhi same.
U3, you're right to ask. Decent ka matlab hai ki security tight hai, common areas clean hain, aur basic repairs ho jaate hain. But gym aur pool ke liye alag se charge karte hain aur woh bhi kabhi-kabhi band rehte hain. Water ke liye toh haan, tankers pe bhi depend karna padta hai sometimes, especially summers mein. Maine suna hai Badshahpur side mein bhi similar issues hain for newer projects.
Sahi pakde ho! 1.7 Cr is a lot for a place jahan basic water supply hi borewell pe depend karti ho. Kya builder ne commitment nahi di thi regular supply ki? My agent was pushing Sector 69 too, but now I'm having second thoughts.
Yaar, 1.7 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 69 with water issues? Yeh toh bohot badi red flag hai. Main bhi first-time buyer hoon aur budget bahut tight hai. Water supply ka issue kitna severe hai, matlab tankers bulane padte hain kya regularly?
