Visited a couple of projects in Sector 70A last weekend. Fed up of renting, yaar, finally taking the plunge. Looks promising but I'm worried about basic amenities. Schools and hospitals kaise hain nearby? Matlab, proper medical facilities hain ya sirf small clinics? Aur daily grocery, sabzi mandi ka kya scene hai? Delivery coverage bhi important hai. Kya yahan rehna practical hai long term?
