posted on 7 MaySector 71 commute still a real headache
Is Sector 71's metro connectivity really as good as they say for daily office commute? I'm looking at a 2BHK there, around ₹78L, and while the Aqua Line is close, I'm worried about last-mile connectivity and overall travel time to corporate hubs. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, you know. I know what builders don't tell you about 'proximity'. How's the traffic situation during peak hours, especially heading towards Delhi? Also, are there enough green spaces or parks for evening walks? Trying to get a real picture beyond the brochures. What's the actual vibe?

Been there, done that, got the traffic
Bhai, you've hit the nail on the head! I'm also looking at Sector 71 and that ₹78L price point for a 2BHK feels like a stretch if the commute isn't seamless. Metro close hone se kya hoga if last-mile autos loot rahe hain? My office is in CP, so I'm really worried about the total travel time. Is it really worth it?
CP ke liye toh bahut mushkil hai. Metro convenient hai but for last mile, you're at the mercy of autos/rickshaws. Aur woh log apni marzi se charge karte hain.
Totally agree with your point about last-mile. Metro station se society tak ka auto ya e-rickshaw hi ₹50-₹80 le leta hai one way. Add the metro fare and time, aur peak hours mein Sector 71 se DND tak ka traffic toh alag hi headache hai. CP toh bahut door padega, yaar.
